While the new airship facilities are under construction all contact and communications should be made through the Statesville, North Carolina office. The site for the new facilities is located at Matkins, North Carolina, which is 95 mile east of Statesville.

Go North on NC87 for 16 miles to Matkins (not a town but an intersection)
At the large Burlington Mills factory, turn right onto Kerr Chapel Road…
Go 1.9 miles and the entrance to the USAI site will be on your left.
At this time all orders should be made through the Statesville, North Carolina office…
A 10% deposit is required to hold a production slot…
A 50% deposit is required to place an order (and includes the production slot)…
Delivery will start 90 days after completion of the Main Hanger at the new facilities…
The balance of 50% will be due 30 days prior to shipment.
USAI will train one pilot at USAI in Matkins, North Carolina on agreed upon dates at no charge.
As long as the customer provides a hanger and helium, USAI will at no charge deliver the airships, do the assembly and inflation in the hanger provided, plus make one test flight on the first day that weather permits.
